Ingredients
1 kg fennel
1 kg oranges
1 pack dried figs
300 g Asiago cheese
200 g Treviso radicchio
1 lemon
Ingredients for vinaigrette
Oil
Salt and pepper
Mustard
Method
Slice the fennel thinly and whiten it in water to which lemon juice has been added. Slice the oranges, figs and cheese thinly. Arrange on radicchio leaves. Make a vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar, mustard and salt and drizzle over the salad.
