LITTLE APPLE PIES WITH MACAROONS AND RAISIN SAUCE


Ingredients 
for the cake (about 8 servings)

150 g sour cream

100 g sugar

10 g plain flour

3 small eggs

1 grated lemon rind

Rum

Sambuca liqueur

3 apples

50 g amaretti

30 g pine nuts

30 g raisins

 

Method

Soak the raisins in warm water and Sambuca. Peel and thinly slice apples. In a bowl mix the eggs with the sour cream, sugar, flour, lemon zest, one tablespoon of rum and two of Sambuca. Drain the raisins and mix them with the peeled, chopped apples and pine nuts. Line individual baking cups with baking paper and spoon in the apple mixture. Pile the cream mixture on top and sprinkle with crushed amaretti biscuits. Bake at 150° C for 60 minutes.

Ingredients for the raisin sauce

500 g sweet wine

200 g sugar

Vanilla 

Pack of jelly glaze


Method

Make up the jelly glaze according to the directions on the pack. And using sweet wine as the liquid and adding sugar. You want a thin, smooth sauce.
