100 g of sugar

120 g milk

500 g cream

10 g gelatine leaves

Vanilla and berries

Mixed fresh fruit



Infuse the vanilla in the milk and cream at least a day before. Heat the cream with the sugar and add the gelatine. Fill the ramekins and chill in the refrigerator until the panna cotta has set. Prepare the fruit and arrange decoratively on a plate. Turn out one panna cotta onto each plate. Finish with the sauce.
