Ortalli presents Pomegranate Condiment
from the Gourmet Selection

Ortalli’s Gourmet Selection has been expanded by the addition of the Pomegranate Condiment. The new condiment joins the Lemon and Raspberry variants to create a threesome of exquisite Mediterranean fruit condiments.

Ortalli’s Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. is certified by the official CTABM consortium and known for its outstanding quality. Pomegranate Condiment is made by adding natural pomegranate juice to the balsamic vinegar to produce a high quality condiment with a light, fruity acidity. The recipe is a traditional one from the Modena region.

Using Pomegranate Condiment

This exquisite condiment can be used to add a delicate flavour to many dishes. The fresh and fruity aroma goes wonderfully with salads, fish, meat and seafoods. It’s especially good in autumn flavouring game dishes.
