Ingredients for salmon
1 kg salmon fillet
Lemon juice
Salt
Oil
Method
Remove salmon skin, slice very thinly and arrange in a dish. Mix the lemon juice, salt and a little oil and drizzle over the fish. Marinade at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
Ingredients for the sauce
Thick natural yoghurt (Greek)
Cucumber
Garlic
Dill
Method
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and grate. Leave it to drain in a sieve to remove as much water as possible. Grate or chop very finely one clove of garlic and the dill. Stir the cucumber, garlic and dill into the yoghurt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
