Turboline and Clou gain red dot award
“product design 2013”

This year, Emsa has won two red dot awards for innovative design. The winners are were the Turboline salad spinner with turbo button and a window box bracket that doesn't need any screws. Both products scored high with the distinguished jury thanks to their outstanding design plus their exceptional functionality and quality. They received the coveted mark of quality on July 1, 2013.

Innovative and fast: the stainless steel
salad spinner with turbo functionality

The red dot jury look not only for an excellent design concept but also for innovative details. Turboline has both. It is the very first salad spinner with the unique turbo button. Pressing the turbo button while the Turboline is spinning, puts the gadget into turbo mode enhancing its efficiency compared with conventional spinners. It achieves a 50% higher rotational speed, so that your salad is ready for serving even faster. The Soft Touch handle on the cord, the stop button, that stops the washing and drying process, the integrated spout in the lid as well as the non-slip bottom for secure positioning all contribute to maximum handling comfort. The 4.5-litre turbo salad spinner is available in stainless steel as well as crystal-clear plastic and as a collapsible variant.

The new generation window box brackets
that always fit

Clou impressed the 37-head expert jury of the red dot award with its exceptional quality and functionality. Never before has it been so easy to fasten a window box bracket: Clou, the latest window box bracket needs no screws at all. Its flexible belt fastener can be easily mounted to railings with diameters of up to eight centimetres – round or rectangular. The bracket can be adjusted to accommodate window boxes of various widths and depths and is suitable for all conventional window boxes up to one meter long. The fibre-glass reinforced plastic makes the all-rounder absolutely safe and durable. Rust problems or scratched bases are now a thing of the past.
