Are your kitchen’s electrics state of the art? Is there sufficient protection for high-end appliances?

Are there options for connecting an extractor hood? Is the connection to the water supply such that I can integrate my sink into the kitchen’s workflow in the most appropriate way?

Do I have enough space in the kitchen to fit in the required cupboards, such as a pull-out larder, to make optimum use of storage space? Is the floor space available for furniture and appliances adequate for my current and future needs?

Is the floor space for furniture restricted by a low sill height, an unnecessary radiator or an alcove that is too small?

Is the kitchen near to the entrance to the house or flat, so shopping does not have to be carried too far?

Can the adjacent living areas be reached quickly?

Can I keep an eye on the children as they play or do their homework?
