WASABI BLACK range

WASABI BLACK is one of kai’s most popular knife ranges and now the previously 14-part range with the unmistakable far eastern look has grown to 17. WASABI BLACK means minimalist modern design in black and stainless steel. The knives feature a distinctive black handle made of bamboo powder and polypropylene and a polished stainless steel blade (58±1 HRC hardness). The new knives – a steak knife, a flexible filleting knife and an extra-large kitchen knife – complete the WASABI BLACK range and make it an indispensable helper in every well-equipped kitchen.
