MIXED TEMPURA FRIED


Ingredients

Rice flour

Plain flour

Sparkling mineral water

Beer

Salt and pepper

Cod

Prawn tails

Squid

Mixed vegetables to taste

Frying oil 

Method 

Prepare a thin batter by mixing equal parts of plain flour and rice flour with equal parts of water and beer.  Make sure all the ingredients are as cold as possible and always keep the batter cold. Prepare the fish and vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces, dip in batter and fry in hot oil.
